Why "sausage"?
"Sausage" refers to the "sausage weekend". Every year I go to a cabin in northern Minnesota with a bunch of guys. We eat lots and lots of meat and shoot donuts at each other out of a giant slingshot. Just regular everyday fun. I've been calling it the sausage weekend for years now, partially because of the amount of meat consumed and partially because it's all males. You catch my drift...
